WE LOVE CHILLI SAUCE.
But there are only very few good ones, that’s why we thought let’s do our own. The goal was to create a chilli sauce that emphasises on the taste of your food and doesn’t destroy it with pure pungency.
… but the project really began, after realising that most of the time there are only two options when asking for something spicy. Imagine being in restaurant, beach club, hotel bar, eating your favourite food and when asking for something spicy, you have two options. 1. T****o oder 2. fresh cut chilli. Let’s be honest, both doesn’t really work.
We’ve been ad it. Cooking, geeking, tweaking. Tasting, refining. If it there 78 prototypes with the first sauce… I don’t know, but there were certainly many.
Chilisauce born in Zollikon, Switzerland! The product had to be right. With the help of funny ginger brit the name was born and with the nifty-ness of a grumpy Swiss, Zurich-born designer, the label as you know it today.

Everything came together in the small outskirt of Zurich. Friends, good food, cooking of sauce, the final recipe, name and label.
By the way, why “HOT” seems obvious. But why “HIGH”? Simple, there’s quite a bit of LSD inside! … just kidding. Capsaicin is the natural ingredient that induces the spicy-experience with your taste buds. If ingesting a lot, eating a lot of chilli, then you might end up in the so called “Chilli-High”
